Im really new to this, I am not so much on here to loos ilbs. I am trying to get more healthy mentally, and to do that, I need to get healthier with my eating habits, and have a healthier body. I was told once, that a healthy body will provide a healthy mind. Untill I used this site I had NO idea, the extreme lack of nutrition in my every day meals or lack there of. I hope to get a healthy body so that I can start working on healing mentally.:blushing:

You are correct! A fit body has a whole multitude of benefits that go along with it: More Restful Sleep, More Alert Mind, Stress and Blood pressure reduction. Lower resting heart rate!
The forum is a great motivator to help you keep on track with alot of great individuals to help keep you focused!

A healthy body does indeed lead to a healthy mind. I can honestly say I am happier now than I have been in years and I directly attribute this to my better eating and healthier more active lifestyle. Good luck on your road to the new you! The journey will be worth it!0
