Revising Calorie Intake

When do you people revise your profile weight so as to adjust your calorie intake as you lose weight? I entered a new weight on my profile after I had lost 5 lbs. at the end of week 2 and it lowered my daily intake by 40. I'm wondering if doing it at the end of week 4 is best.

I only alter my nutritional goals when I stop making progress towards my goals. If you continue to lose weight, I would stay at the higher calorie level. I always tell people that it is best to eat as much as possible while still losing weight. It sets you up for better long-term success.

Thanks, that's what I thought. I'll look into it once I reach a plateau of some sort. As I'm aiming to burn over 300 calories in my cardio sessions, I don't want to leave myself starving during the day.0

Never. i eat for the body I will have at the end of the process, so there is nothing to adjust.0
