Today I did my weigh-in and fort the first time in years I've creeped back into the "healthy" range for my BMI. I can't tell you how happy this has made me! The best part is I am now only 13 lbs away from my final weight goal!
The last year has been so great. I've discovered that I actually enjoy being active. I hike, play racquetball, use my exercise bike and do exercise vids and actually enjoy them! I have endurance again!
I wont say I don't miss some of the foods. I still crave them but I now have the will power to say no which is huge for me! The nice part though is that I really enjoy the healthy foods as well. It also gives me a reason to cook again. Something I enjoyed but had drifted away from.
I can't wait to see how the next year pans out! :-)

Great job!!! I know you can keep up with your goals. Also, if you find you want something that's bad for you just give yourself a tiny bit as a reward. You've put in a lot of hard work and deserve a reward every now and again0

I give myself a treat once a week with a day of eating the foods I love without tracking. It helped keep me sane on my journey to this point. :-)0 -
