Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie Stew

Someone has requested I share this recipe I'm going to make this weekend; here goes:

4 large skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
10 medium red potatoes, quartered
1 8 oz package of baby carrots
1 cup chopped celery
2 26 oz cans of condensed cream of chicken soup
6 cubes chicken bullion
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 tablespoon of ground black pepper
1 16 oz bag of frozen mixed vegetables

Combine the chicken, potatoes, carrots, celery, chicken soup, bullion, garlic salt, celery salt, and black pepper in the slow cooker. Cook on high for 5 hours (I usually cook on low for about 10)

Stir the frozen veggies into the slow cooker; cook 1 hour more

Serves 16
