I ate my breakfast at 8. (bowl of dry ceral, my fave) I don't go to lunch for another hour and i brought a smart one but I might end up eating out, so my calorie count will go up a bit. My question is can i eat my apple now? I logged it already so calorie count wise i'm good but theres something about eating every 3-5 hours so am i messing myself up?

Eat if you are hungry. Apple is a good choice because the fiber will keep you feeling fuller for longer.

If you're hungry...eat! I would, especially an apple, it helps curb a big lunch for me anyways.

When you eat during the day doesn't matter one bit. Eat throughout the day or eat one big meal, or anywhere in between. the only thing that really matters is total calories.

If you're hungry, eat. If you're not hungry, don't eat :)
