New to Fitnes Pal

Good afternoon Fitness people. Hope every one is having an blessed Wed

I am new to Fitness Pal.. My wife joined about an week or so ago. I have not had an chance to look at everything on the site yet but I am planning on doing it very soon

I am 39 years old and I am trying to gain weight and muscle.. I work out 5 or 6 times an week on my wife's total gym XLS.

My goal is to have an 6 pack and be up to 170-175 lbs buy Black Friday (That is the day after Thanksgiving).

I know I need to eat as much as I can but if I eat to much on my break at work I get sleepy. Be nice if I can have an Bacon Double Cheese Burger every day. Hey doesn't hurt for an guy to dream :)

I work about 35 hrs an week and I am on my feet all day at work..

I know my wife will help me with this but I would also like to become friends with other people.. So fell free to add me :)
