Suggestions for lifting playlist?

I've got a great set of tunes lined up for when I do my runs, but they all seem to upbeat or fast-paced for my lifting days. What's on everyone else's lifting playlists?

Currently listening to Anthony Robbins and Brian Tracy audio tracks from their Youtube seminars. May seem weird, but it's pretty grounding.

I totally listen to hard rock/heavy metal for lifting. Volbeat and Five Finger Death Punch are usually near the top for me.

It will depend on your musical preferences. I find that I enjoy listening to artists like Cancer Bats, Childish Gambino, MIA, Rise Against, Protest The Hero, Billy Talent, Blink 182, Delilah (certain songs more than others), Three Days Grace.....

Put your Ipod on shuffle, notice which songs you tend to skip and which you tend to keep playing, and go from there. Half the time I honestly just leave it on shuffle and either skip to songs that pump me up or I'll end up not really paying attention to the music.

    Thanks for the suggestions! :)

I also tend to go for more rock or rap music. Something angry to get me through the lifts lol.

    Double up on Pitbull.

    Shakira for the mental imagery.

One of my favorites though: "Tell That Mick He Just Made My List of Things to Do." From Fallout Boy. Good sound to it.

I think some death metal would be good.

Dont know how slow paced you want it, but I find listening to Til' I Collapse by Eminem pretty motivational while working out .
