Is this a normal, healthy diet?

I've had ED, lost a lot of weight, but fortunately I'm almost back in the healthy range and mentally doing way better. I don't count calories, because it just causes problems, and I stopped weighing foods (except pasta and rice, because I never know how much dry stuff I need). I generally go with the flow, but I do have a typical 'routine' for day to day eating. I just wanted opinions of people with a more 'normal' perception of what is a healthy diet to keep my weight stable and healthy in the long term.
I am a fairly active teenage girl, all muscle at the moment.

A normal day for me:

Breakfast:

muesli most days, sometimes weetabix/porridge/other healthy cereal
semi skim milk (sometimes yoghurt)
fruit (normally half a banana and a handful of berries)

Lunch:

Normally a hummus or cheese sandwich with salad, or a larger salad, sometimes leftovers from the night before ect
I normally have a piece of fruit as a snack if I get peckish later

Tea:

Whatever is in the house or has been cooked. I'm the only vegetarian, so often make my own food, but if my mum has made pasta, for example, I'll have some, but make a separate vegetarian sauce while the rest of the family have a meat-based option. My evening meals are generally fairly big, balanced and healthy with a lot of veg and a source of protein. Today I made thai curry with coconut milk, assorted vegetables, udon noodles and curry paste.

For dessert I have a piece of fruit, maybe two if still hungry, or I'll have yogurt and fruit because it is more filling, but it depends on how I feel. Once a week I have a dessert or a treat e.g. a milkshake out with my friends, or crumble and custard on a Friday night. I only do this once a week though, so it doesn't amount to much.
I hardly ever eat junk food, I might have oven chips now and then, but that's all. My family never gets takeaway unless there's a crisis XD I also don't have calorific drinks, just tea and coffee with a dash of milk and sugar free squash.

This looks pretty healthy to me, but I want to make sure I'm not spurting out some ED nonsense. Is this what most teens would eat, considering I go to the gym about 3 times a week and walk a lot? I feel quite satisfied by my portions, and don't have much ED thought anymore. I still have a piece of cake or something once a week, so I'm hoping its a reasonable balance?

Protein. Seeing as you're vegetarian, good sources of protein are pulses and beets. You could also invest in soy protein powder.
