Need low fat, high protein foods

Hi there! I'm having some difficulty with my macros. My calorie goal has recently gone up from 1500 to 1700, to account for the ton of walking I do around my college campus. I don't have an issue staying within calorie range, but my macros are another story. I either eat incredibly carb-heavy, or I try to pick protein-rich foods and end up going over on fat. I don't eat red meat or anything, but I do eat a lot of nuts and nut butters (because they fill me up and not a lot of other foods do). Could anyone provide me with some options that are higher in protein but won't exceed my fat allowance? Preferably some that are easy to find (I eat mainly the food that's provided in my dining hall). Thanks!

fat is just a goal to reach, not a minimum0

On top of my mind, high protein foods could be: nuts (almonds specially), turkey breast, egg whites, fish (tuna, salmon), pork loin (chops), tofu, beans...0

Fat free Greek yogurt, egg whites, and fish.0

Nuts aren't protein-rich, they are fat-rich.
Lean meats, low- or no-fat greek yogurt and cottage cheese, protein powder, egg whites, are probably the easiest ways to get in protein.
But I still eat fattier meats, and fish. If I want to focus on getting more fat in then I'd eat some nuts or PB.0 -

You're right, Nuts are fat-rich, but also provide protein... well, at least a little... and they're delicious
