Had my first reflexology session today. Best damn foot rub I ever had for the same cost of a pedicure. I've been having foot/arch pain in my right foot for a month now (along with other issues) and hoping it brings relief. However, my foot hurts like a mofo (the massage itself actually hurt quite a bit) and I feel like I got hit by a truck. Ready to go to bed! Anyone else ever go through reflexology?

    I haven't. The studies on it haven't been favorable. As far as your arch pain, search Youtube for "plantar fascia stretch" and try it hourly.
