Calorie breakdown?

Today i have ate pretty healthy if you ask me. I ate egg whites fruit dairy an for dinner chicken breast brown rice and black beans. And vegetables, what should tge calorie breakdown be? It says ive had 46% carbs and 17% protein? Is this good or bad

If you simply log the amount of food you ate (if not by weight then at least measurements), then you will know how many calories you consumed and the macro breakdown.
For me, 17% protein is not good. It's way too low.
Your body doesn't care if you eat healthy or not, it just cares that you eat enough.0
