Chalean Xtreme

A friend of mine picked up the set of Chalean Xtreme (hope I'm spelling that correctly!) DVDs at a yard sale and gave them to me. However, there was no back up material, schedules, equipment needed, that sort of thing... Anyone out there in MFP land have tips or advice on these?

    Burn Intervals & Ab Burner

    Burn It off & Recharge
    Rest day.
    Repeat the week...

    Burn It off & Recharge(Day 29)
    Track Results (Day 30)

    Push Phase(2nd 30 days)

    Push Circuit 1

    Burn Intervals & Ab Burner (during week 3- this changes to Burn Intervals & Extreme Abs
    Push Circuit 3
    Burn it Off & Recharge

    I believe you can actually load the schedule off of the beachbody website. You can also purchase extras from the website. Though, i believe with chalean x you just need weights. Like dumbbells, or even a resistance band would do.
