Beauty and the Beast but because of fond memories.
That's a good one! I saw the premiere of that at the El Capitan theater in Hollywood. They had a bunch of live musical stuff preceeding it. Really incredible.

I have a bitter sweet true love story associated to it.
My stuffed Beast is still with me too. :)

I don't have anything new to add, but Howl's Moving Castle, Finding Nemo, and FernGully could very well be my top 3. I very much wanted to be Crysta as a kid (....ok maybe i STILL want to be Crysta  )

WALL-E is at the top of my list. Brilliant in conveying subtle meaning without words.

And for something totally different and seriously warped, try The Triplets of Belleville. Unforgettable.

Miyazaki created such beauty, his Studio Ghibli has also made some greats on their own.

For the Niece "My Neighbor Totoro", "Spirited Away"

For you "Porko Rosso" Trust me on this one. My dad HATES animation, and was enthralled by it.
