New To the Site and Looking for new Ideas

Hey guys, while I am new to the site I am certainly not new to the battle of weight loss. Like many of you its been an ongoing battle for quite some time. I ran a marathon last year and would like to do more things just like that and am using that as motivation to get where I want to be, once and for all. if any of you have great workout idea, awesome recipes, or are just super motivating please share!!! I could really use it :-)

  • Don't have any myself but would love to get some. I'd love to get into good enough shape to rock climb regularly.

    Awesome! I just recently got into rock climbing and have found an indoor gym for the winter. Climbing is such a good leg workout!

    Yes! I jumped into running full force, my first race was a half a few years ago. Let me know how your training goes!
