Usually, when I'm feeling too lazy or I forget to pick up breakfast items, I stop at McDonalds and get a breakfast sandwhich. BUT! This morning I went to Starbucks for my cffee and asked for a little thing of non-fat milk for my cereal, saving 200 calories! I'm kinda proud of me
