Usually, when I'm feeling too lazy or I forget to pick up breakfast items, I stop at McDonalds and get a breakfast sandwhich. BUT! This morning I went to Starbucks for my cffee and asked for a little thing of non-fat milk for my cereal, saving 200 calories! I'm kinda proud of me

Y'all have a great Monday!!

What a wonderful quote. fitnessluvr's quote is right on. Not getting that McDonald's breakfast sandwich is HUGE. It marks a turning point. I think that I will use your Drive Thru story and the above quote as my daily mantra: and post it prominently in the apartment.

And that 200 calories, 5 days a week for 50 weeks is 14 pounds in a year (if you don't replace it with something else).
