Pizza Breakfast Wrap

I got this from Dr.Oz enjoy..

Ingredients
1 small wrap (whole wheat tortilla or flat bread)
1 stick (or 1/4 cup) mozzarella cheese
3 egg whites
1/2 of an egg yolk
17 slices of turkey pepperoni

1 tsp oregano
Salt & pepper to taste (optional)

Olive oil cooking spray (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 ° F. Spray wrap with cooking spray and place on cookie sheet. Toast the wrap until crisp, but not brown.



Scramble eggs and heat pepperoni in pan used to prepare eggs. Add cooked eggs, turkey pepperoni and cheese to the toasted wrap. Wrap sandwich in foil and bake for 2-4 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling.



Approximately 260 calories per serving.
