I have been on MFP for 228 days today. Back in June my weight stalled after losing 17 pounds since January (24 since November).
The last 2 weeks I have really been diligent in my food and exercise. I have started at home weights 3 days a week for 40 minutes and my Fitbit goals are 12,000 steps a day and 10km. (23 days till our 10th anniversary weekend) I have cut out the nightly glass of wine or beer. Now the scale has only budged .4 in the last 2 weeks BUT the inches are falling off. The first week alone I lost 4.75 inches all over. My undergarmets are getting too baggy for me.
Keep it up everyone. Don't depend on the scale 100% because I can tell you, it doesn't always tell the whole truth!

Congrats on not being a slave to the scale! I needed to hear that right now. I am going to throw the scale if it doesn't start going down again soon! I keep telling myself to stay the course, it has to go down eventually.0
