I have a very jiggly stomach that I have been trying to get rid of for a few years now. I have never had kids and nowhere else on my body jiggles. :) Is there any advice anyone can give me?

I have the same problem. That jiggly belly just won't seem to go away, and I don't have kids either. I would love to hear some suggestions too.

Well, girls, I have had THREE kids and there is definitely a jiggly pooch were my once sorta flat stomach used to be!! I have been doing a LOT of cardio lately, followed with lots of ab workouts!! I have quite a few stretch marks that I hope are not prohibiting me from having a tight, flat tummy. I have noticed LOTS of improvement this past month as far as my tummy goes. Not completely flat, but I think my running has been helping! Drinking lots of water helps as well!

Yep lots of cardio. You can do all of the strength training you want AND abs but no definition will be seen until the layer of belly fat comes off. Cardio cardio cardio. Burn burn burn. Good luck!

there was a similar topic on this earlier in the week.

Lots of cardio and some weight training. The weight training helps you build muscle faster and having more muscle will help you burn more fat.

So do cardio to get rid of the fat and then the abs and crunches will help tone the ab muscles. If you have Comcast Cable, go to On Demand and there are a few good belly workouts on there to get rid of belly fat.

I agree I have 3kids of my own and also gave birth to a set of twins and the only thing that's ever helped is cardio I'm doing turbo fire now and it's def helped a lot
