1st Wall / Working out at lunch break?

Hit my first wall, no change on the scale this week despite meeting my calorie and exercising daily. I'm at the same weight I stalled at in past attempts. I plan to try to step up the exercise this time but is tought because my wife work most nights. So I am limited to exercise I can do while the kids are sleeping aka indoor stuff, almost 100% elliptical. It might be time to hit the work gym at lunch. I have always been uncofortable at gyms, especially work. Does anyone workout at lunch time if they work? How do you deal with getting all sweaty? I have to return to an office job after...
