OK.....so I made this discovery.....there seems to be a discrepency somewhere....lol

I counted out 15 grapes.....

The nutrition value comes up as

Calories 24 Sodium 1 mg
Total Fat 0 g Potassium 69 mg
Saturated 0 g Total Carbs 6 g
Polyunsaturated 0 g Dietary Fiber 0 g
Monounsaturated 0 g Sugars 6 g
Trans 0 g Protein 0 g
Cholesterol 0 mg
Vitamin A 1% Calcium 1%
Vitamin C 2% Iron 1%

BUT, decided to throw them on my food scale....those 15 grapes weigh 62 grams

And came up with
Calories 42 Sodium 1 mg
Total Fat 0 g Potassium 118 mg
Saturated 0 g Total Carbs 11 g
Polyunsaturated 0 g Dietary Fiber 1 g
Monounsaturated 0 g Sugars 10 g
Trans 0 g Protein 0 g
Cholesterol 0 mg
Vitamin A 1% Calcium 1%
Vitamin C 4% Iron 1%

Which "measurement" is more accurate? LOL. Or is this simply one of those "moot points"......?

Grams will be more accurate always. The grapes are larger than average which is why they weigh more than 15 grapes theoretically should.

weight obviously...just counting out X number of anything is pretty arbitrary...it's going to get you a ball park figure...how accurate that figure is is going to be largely dependent on what type of food it is...obviously the actual weight of something is far more precise.
