sedentary setting and exercise?☺

Hi everyone, I expect someone will help me.☺
I have my setting on sedentary, I'm a sahm. This setting doesn't include any exercise calories, right?
Therefore when I workout I can add my numbers and eat some of them if I need.
Thanks all.x

I have mine set at sedentary as well and so if I want to eat more I have to work for it!!

I have a fitbit and it just transfers my activities straight across, I don't like the numbers MFP gives you for activities as they seem tooo generous so I log anything extra into my Fitbit app.

Obviously you don't need a fitbit so just record your activities straight into MFP just be careful of the high numbers given.

    Hope this helps

Yes...just make allowances for estimation error. Database and calculators can substantially overestimate burns, as can cardio machines, etc.
