Hi!
I'm currently maintaing with just basic errands, chores, and walking my dog exercise on 1800-1900 calories. Recently, Ive been doing 1 hour of Vinyasa Flow yoga a day (medium-semi fast paced) so I have upped to 2000 calories. To maintain, should I only eat 2000 the days I do yoga and 1800-1900 when i'm not or can I everyday?
Thanks!

Do you know how many calories you're burning doing it? You could try eating 2000 every day for a few weeks and see where that gets you. If you do gain a few pounds, cut back to 1800-1900 on the days you don't do exercise. OR take how much you're burning for the week, divide it by 7 and add that much to each day.0
