A catchy title, I know. But here's the thing. I often wish we had is a website or suchlike where you can go, enter the macros you have left for the day and it would suggest some things you can eat for your last meal. You could use it for any meal I guess but that's what is currently on my mind.
I understand why it doesn't exist - you can vary quantities to make almost anything fit any macros (except obviously a bowl of pasta to fit a 50% protein 50% fat split..) and there are likely other issues. I don't know, probably just generally not a good idea. However, being able to put in the ratio you need (say a meal with 40% carb, 30% protein and 30% fat calories) and getting a suggestion would be so convenient.
Anyway, failing that, I thought this could be useful. I have plenty of recipes fitting certain macro profiles which I can suggest (for example if someone needs a 60% protein, 20% carb, 20% fat meal I could offer my protein pancakes) but I have gaps for other macro profiles. This could be a thing where we could all help each other out.
With that in mind, Does anyone have anything for a dinner with calories coming from roughly 50% protein, 30% fat and 20% carb? Or in other words, about 50g protein, 20g carb and 15g fat (I'm risking embarrassing myself on my maths here but hopefully not...) I would be eternally grateful and I'd be especially happy if this carried on and helped people out.
