OK, so keep reading about all of the "heavy lifting " programs out there ( TNROLFW as an example).
My question is , can one start with the circuit training, and do that for a bit and then go for the other type?
I currently do Zumba, CX works, and a yoga class- all twice weekly, and I would like to add some strength training, esp upper body because the Down Dogs and Planks get my arm's long before anything else.
Thx

There is no reason for you not to start with what you are comfortable with and then move on from there. it's your plan! Make it something you enjoy and something you will keep up doing.0

Totally agree with Raynee, the first goal in working out is you have to enjoy is. So do what you enjoy and are comfortable with and move on when you feel you are ready.0
