    Stick to grilled chicken and the sort. Eat lots of veggies and limit the caloric carbs. Or, hell, it's one day a week. Eat what you want, but not as much as you want. If you want a burger, eat a burger, not two. If you want some chips, eat a serving, not five. Drink maybe a beer and a mixed drink. As long as you aren't gorging yourself, you will likely still see a result on the scale.

    I am a UGA fan b/c I grew up in Athens, took summer school classes here and eventually moved back to Athens...

    I am an FSU fan b/c that is where I went to college and was there for the first natty in 1993
