Hello from South Florida!

Hello everyone!

Here is a little about myself. I am a 35 year old father that has been on my fitness journey now for about a year in a half. Many things have lead me to change my lifestyle but mostly it was for my daughter. I want to make sure I make best efforts in my life to always be there for hers.

I started out as a 270lb man in a corporate lifestyle and always eating very poorly and making poor choices when it came to my health. I am happy to say I currently weight 193lbs and am on my way to me goal weight of 175.

I have done this by changing my diet, controlling my portions and also by cycling (my new passion).

I have never really used the community here but I find myself looking for answers and hope some of them will be here.

    Hello Phil and Welcome to the forums, congrats on losing some pounds and continued good luck to you.

    I also live in South Florida and love the S Fla lifestyle, as far as weight loss is concerned .... Remember that most people underestimated their calories consumed and overestimate their fitness calories---- it is great that you'll be more active here on the forums!
