Back to college - food and hunger.

Hey! I'm going back to college (UK Further education) in 2 weeks and I tend to get hungry quite easily. Especially when I'm being active most of the day.
My day will start at 7AM and it will finish at 6PM. I have to get a bus to a from my college which takes an hour long. So I will get home at 7PM. This is 5 days a week.
I'm obviously going to eat breakfast at home and then take some lunch to college but my problem will be dinner and binging.
As I did last year at college, I ate breakfast and lunch fine. But when it came to going back home in the evening I would buy stuff from the shop and eat it but the packet because I was so hungry and couldn't control it.
I need help controlling my hungers . Like how can I possibly Control it ?
I know some may say it's easy and just don't eat it,, but it isn't for me. I still have part of my binge eatjng disorder in me. Which makes it a thousands times harder.
How do I learn to control myself and not go overboard. Because it has happened SOO many times and I'm fed up.
Any tips?

You might find it easier if you pack a snack for the afternoon/evening to tide you over until you can have dinner. If you pack ahead you can portion your snack to fit into your limit, and will most likely be in a better state of mind to make a healthy choice.0

Yep, I was going to say much the same. A pre-packed snack might be the answer. Something filling, so perhaps a protein based snack would be best, rather than the temporary high of a sugary snack.0

U can always eat more during the day and make dinner ur smallest meal of the day or just eat a snack before bed?0
