I'm on a very tight budget and I can't afford a gym membership right now. I love ellipticals, but they are very expensive (I do regularly check for them on craigslist- so far no luck). I found this online and it's affordable, but I'm skeptical. I'm sure you'd have to get usedd to the balance thing, and it doesn't have the long strides of an elliptical. But I wonder if it would be more of a stair stepper than elliptical. And I wonder if I would get the same awesome workout of an elliptical.

Anyone try one? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BhvZJY4BIeA

I would say thats a waste of time! March in place or jog in place... Try to do push ups (I cant do em... but trying to do em sure wears me out!)
    Get a jump rope?
    Jumping Jacks?
    A work out video?
Theres a lot of other options!

Yeah that is probably just one of those scams on the tv that they try to sell you. You can do all those exercises by just moving your legs up and down on the floor lol. I definitely would not invest in that though. You aren't working your body enough on that machine to really get results. : [

Oh yea. Maybe you should try jillian michaels 30 day shred. I don't think its to pricey and Ive heard it about it alot on here. People seem to get great results on it. Just some advice:flowerforyou:

    Thanks for the input!

I was doing some dancing and some jogging in place, but I have bad knees and it's been really hard to keep it up. Ellipticals were always gentle on my knees and I thought maybe this might be too.
