Now I weigh 190+ I couldn't believe it. I'm scared of the scale.

I motivated hundreds of people now I let them down.

I need motivation to get back on track. Please Help.

will keep it short! How about trying something new. How about not using MFP as a social network but focus on living a healthy life mentally and physically. Instead of asking for help; learn how to be healthy and set an good example then others will want to know more about how you did it. Become a resource and motivator to others then you will not need to be motivated. All real motivation comes from within persons themselves if it is to have an lasting effect. Believe in yourself and then others will believe in you. You can do it if you have the real desire to be healthy.

motivation is a personal thing why not set new goals so instead of losing however many lbs focus on how many reps of an exercise you can do or how far you can run and 1200 is very low im a 5ft 5 female weighing 138lbs I eat 1600 cals so id address that ive lost all my weight 0.5lbs a week on average ive actually done better than that but that's what I set up my MFP to do.
