I have lost 10 lbs. since Feb. 2014 but my body fat percentage and BMI have not changed. Plus all my clothes and pants still fit the same. I am eating 1200-1250 cal. per day, 5'4", currently 147 lbs., 64 yrs old, female. I get around 80g of protein per day. I rarely "eat back" what I work off. Walk average of 2 miles a day, high intensity cardio 3xweek, lift and tone with free weights, etc. Just not sure why I'm not seeing any body changes. I keep all my other sugars, fats, sodium, etc. in line.

If you lost 10 pounds your BMI should have gone down at least one point.

    BMI at 157 pounds = 26.9
    BMI at 147 pounds = 25.2

What are you using to measure your BF?

BF is measured by trainer at the gym with one of the hand held devices...not calipers.

Hand held electrical impedence devices are woefully inaccurate and inconsistent.

Whoops--there goes 50 years of research and validation studies down the drain.
