Weekly Weigh In / Monthly Progress Pictures

I created a group "Weekly Weigh In / Monthly Progress Pictures" in order to hold myself accountable and make better decisions. I get caught up in oh well, I'll weigh in next week..or I'll do better next week but then 2 or 3 weeks pass and I am still not doing better. The one way to make myself more accountable is to have a weekly weigh in thread where I post my progress to a group. This has worked for me in the past in different challenges and the other thing that worked was posting progress pictures. Every month I was posting a picture of my progress in a different challenge. When I know I have to make these posts it helps keep me motivated.
