I did it before, can I do it again?

When I was married 3 years ago (almost to the day), I weighed 200 lbs (as you can see in the picture). I used myfitnesspal, diet, and exercise, and got down to 175 before blowing it. I gained it all back and then some. Now i'm about 212 and want to get a little below what I was before as an initial goal. Maybe 170? I've NEVER been what you'd call thin, but at 175 I was in the "overweight" BMI category instead of "obese" as I am now. After I achieve 170, maybe I'll want to set a new goal. But for now that seems daunting enough! I'd love to meet some people on here for mutual encouragement! Anyone with similar goals? Anyone used to be a dancer? Anyone in their mid-20's?
