Apparently...I have not been doing MFP correctly...lol It seems that I am not eating enough with all the working out that I do. After inputting daily info...it usually says that i am putting myself in starvation mode. Alrighty then...So the last couple days I have tried to eat more. I have lost 34 lbs since Aug 2010 and gone from size 18 to 12. I do not want to put any of it back on...so if all this eating makes those jeans not fit...I will not be a happy person.

  • 34 lbs lost was mostly before I joined MFP around Thanksgiving. I lost most of it from walking, working out and cardio dance classes every day.

    naw.. it'll slow your weight loss... or maybe help it along, since you won't be going into conservation mode (starvation mode's a misnomer).

    I disagree! What you have been doing has been working so far! Starvation mode is so overblown. I think you will slow weight loss, if not gain it, if you increase cals.
