Well, this is the first time I have ever stuck with a nutrition program for a full month, and I feel like it is something I can continue with as well, due in no small part to all of you! So I would like to thank all of you that help get us through our days!

So here is my report after a month:

starting weight as of September 27th : 220 lbs
Exercise schedule: 10 minutes tread mill at 6 mph and no incline

Ending weight as of October 26th: 210 lbs (although It has fluctuated these last two days between
211 and 208, I'm taking the average)
Exercise schedule: 15 minutes tread mill at 6.5 mph and 2.5% incline
AND 10 minutes very vigarous exercises (push ups, crunches, bridges, other
core work).

By next month I'll be right at my goal! Woo Hoo! Thanks again guys, and keep up the good work!

    Congratulations!

Except for the type of exercise, you just described my first month as well :) We started within a day or two of each other, I was also 220 and am down to 210 (I was actually 209 for two days, but I'm not heartbroken).

My exercise is strictly weights, except for several minutes of stair climber set on max on days I'm working my legs. (I have no idea what resistance that might be, but it kills me after about 6 minutes of it.) It was taking me 50 minutes to do one of my split routines at the beginning of the month. Now it's down to 35 and I've steadily increased weight or reps throughout.

It's amazing how much better we can be after just a little effort!

So, yay for you! (And me and everyone else getting there!!!)
