PER SERVING (entire recipe): 166 calories, 1g fat, 297mg sodium, 24g carbs, 0g fiber, 7g sugars, 14g protein -- POINTS® value 3*

Face it -- ladyfingers are overrated. Here's a creamy, cocoa-dusted dream come true!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
1/2 container Jell-O Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Snack
1/4 cup Cool Whip Free, thawed
2 tbsp. Splenda No Calorie Sweetener (granulated)
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions:
Combine the ricotta cheese, pudding, Cool Whip, Splenda, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth. Sprinkle with cocoa powder. Dig in!

MAKES 1 SERVING

    Sounds delicious - but where is the "tiramisu" part (tiramisu is Italian for "lift me up" - referring to the best part of the dessert - the ESPRESSO!)...

    Did you forget it, or do you not put any into it? I would love to make it, but while I can live without the lady fingers, I need the coffee!!

    You can probobly use instant coffee mix on top in place of the cocoa - or with. It'll add the coffee flavor and not much in the way of calories (its about 1 calorie for a packet of instant coffee and 1mg sodium).

    Yeah, I was thinking of where to add it? Maybe espresso powder or instant coffee powder mixed into the pudding? It would be liquid enough, and then would get mixed with evertying else? I'm going to try it!
