Hi everyone, I am new to this

Hello everyone,
I am totally new to this so let me tell you about what I am looking for.
I have decided to put myself on a diet as I wanted to lose 5kgs (or 11pounds) and I have now lost 3kgs so 2 to go. But I also want to decrease my body fat percentage. I currently use these electronic scales so here are my measurements. Although, note that I weigh myself in the evening when I come back from work and before having dinner. Also, when I do it in the morning before eating anything or exercising, my body fat % is always 2 to 3% higher for some reason. one last thing, I always exercise in the morning and on the days where I don't exercise, my body fat % also increases by maybe 2%. Weird.
Anyway, here it goes:
177cm (5ft10 I believe)
70kgs (154pounds)
Body fat%: around 17% (the last few days in the evening it mentioned 14.8% so around 15% but I wanna be safe so 17% is probably correct)
visceral fat: level 4 or 5; but that's based on the reading on my own set of scales
Body muscle %: 40 to 41%

So I'd like to be down to 68kgs, get more muscle definition and build some muscle but not too much.
I can see that when I pinch my skin around my stomach, it gets thicker as I approach the belly button and not too bad if I stay away. Also, it gets thicker again I think in the "love handles" area; but nothing too dramatic. But I want to get rid of that.
Ideally, I would like to get down to 10% body fat but not sure if I will ever manage.

I have received my insanity DVD but I am not planning to start until Mid-October for work travel reasons.
Also, I am quite injury prone and I attended a GRIT class on Wednesday and I now have a pain behind my right knee. Nothing popped, not bruise or swelling so I hope it's not too bad; I am seeing a physio this afternoon so I hope to be back into action on Monday if not this weekend depending on what he says.
I have a tendancy to ignore pain and this is how it gets really bad.

I have a done a few insanity sessions based on the ones I found on Youtube and I know that my weakest point are my legs whereas I get better at push ups and core muscles (not that I am great though...); but yeah, lunges are really hard for me as I have weak legs.

Alright, I think this is it for now.
If I haven't bored you all to death, I would welcome any comments.
Also, I would like to have some buddies that I can keep in touch with and communicate on our progress and see where it takes us!

thanks all and keep up the good work!
