54 year old woman, planning to be the 126 pound woman I deserve to be. I don't want to "lose" anything because I'm afraid my subconscious will think I need to find it! My exercise level us good, I just need to commit to eating for fuel for a few months and planning for events during the week that require modified eating at other times. I want to become super fit...washboard abs, muscular legs. I can do it.
