I am one week into healthier eating and increased exercise. I am trying to eat cleaner, whole unprocessed foods and looking for more healthy recipe ideas. I am seeing results and feel like I have more energy. Scanning and logging my intake really helps me stay accountable and focused. Glad to have found this valuable resource.
