macro nutrient

Hi all. I've been doing a great job of eating healthy meals the last few months because I knew that was more important than any exercise I could do. I had a horrible diet of junk food, processed crap, no veggies or fruits, lots of sugar and non nutritious meals. But my problem now is I don't think I'm getting g the full spectrum of macro nutrients or even all the main vitamins and stuff like fiber, protein, vitamin B12 and a and c, etc. So is there a website or blog or link somewhere that'll give me examples of eating all these things daily? Almost like a meal planner but doesn't necessarily have to be. I have a 3 year old and it's hard enough counting calories etc let alone paying attention to all the nutrients

    MFP clocks the macronutrients and a few micronutrients, your diary isn't open so I can't point out what you're doing but it's in there to some extent - providing you pick database entries that are comprehensive and correct.
