Biggest Loser Programs?

I'm wondering if anyone has tried any of the 'Biggest Loser' programs.
I'm considering either the online club membership or the Bootcamp Program.
They offer customized exercise plans, both strength training and cardio, as well as menu plans and grocery lists etc.
I've been having trouble developing my own exercise routine and sticking to it - I'm thinking that a prescribed plan would help me a lot.

Has anyone tried it and found it helpful?
Worth the cost? The Bootcamp is 8 weeks long and costs $100.00

No I haven't tried it, but $100 for 8 weeks, IMO, isn't wildly expensive, depending on what you get. How often do they want you to work out per week? Do you think you'll be able to afford the food they tell you to buy? Google reviews of the program, but stay away from the reviews on the actual website, because sometimes they can be skewed. You just need to be a shrewd consumer and know what you want and what you don't want. And be honest with yourself.

Personally, I could never follow a meal plan/menu plan because I'm, as the people at my work call me, "kids menu." LOL. A lot of foods out there, I just don't like. I have to trick myself into eating vegetables, but making smoothies with them. Me being honest with myself, I know that I wouldn't get the full benefits of that program because I would not follow the menu plan. So to me it wouldn't be worth it.

I did have their Wii game, and the workouts were really good and tough.

    Good luck.
