As I've just learned about the "calories burned" readout on cardio machines being inaccurate, I'm wondering if the METs info can be trusted... or is that usually off as well? It was pretty disappointing to find out I wasn't burning half the calories I thought I was during my workouts, so I'm trying to figure out the most accurate way.
