So I have been running for about 6 months now pretty regular. 4/5 miles 4 or 5 times a week. I started off slow and been ramping up
Started having pain in my left knee lower leg. It would be below the knee a little ways almost on the shin. I would run an the pain would go away then after would be hard to walk but would eventually go away. Well its been getting worse and worse.
Went to doc and found out I have a stress Fracture on the Tibia. Awesome with a side of Miniscus Tear SWEET!!!
Doc said I lift heavy and find another form of cardio that is less high impact.
Any ideas? Was thinking of getting a rower???

I've got nothing for you except a hung and a bump for you to get some answers!0

Speed walking, maybe elliptical? Swimming if you're into it.
You might also stop by a running store to see if there's anything funky with your form that's impacting your knee0
