Which BEACHBODY workout did you do TODAY?

Hey ya'll! It's Shannon here! I was wondering which workout YOU did today from your BEACHBODY PROGRAM??? I'm about to start my HIIT Plyo workout from Les Mills Combat! Today's Day 5, Round 1 for me! I'm exicted to meet new people and motivate eachother through our programs! Don't be shy, say hi!

    I took an NASM Personal Training Certification exam and PASSED.....soooo.......I'm getting drunk instead of working out today :D:D

    HAha, thats awesome, i have a shirt that says this! I just did les mills combat 30 and HIIT power! geeeez with 20 pound weights is TOUGH
