Somehow lost 4 pounds...

despite eating like there's no tomorrow to try and maintain....There is now cookies and cream cake with my name on it sitting on the counter at work. I am quite willing to share with my co-worker if she would like to partake, but I'm also quite willing to put it out of its sweet, sweet misery all by myself. I'll be reasonable, of course. I'll skip my english muffin and peanut butter this morning...and instead trade it for a whole cake ;)

    Like from one day to the next, over a few weeks? Maintenance is a range of 3-4 lbs up or down

    Well....generally I'm the same right down to the ounce depending on the time of day....for several weeks I was always 146.2 in the morning when I woke up and 143.6 when I would get home from work, so I was straddling my desired 145 just nicely. I've been steadily dropping over the last week or so and now hanging around 140 which is only about a pound away from where I tend to start losing the ol' "monthly lady time" So I like a bigger cushion than that.

    Anyhoo....turns out I was overly ambitious. barely managed to polish off 3 pieces and I'll have to go to bed as soon as I've gotten home and whipped up dinner so I can be out the door at 3 am for a backpacking weekend where I'm sure I'll lose more...thus I'll just have to come up short today. I'll just have to work on packing it back on when I return. Weeeeeeeeee!!!
