So I go on leave tomorrow. Starting tomorrow till Jan 2, 2011 I am off work. I will be doing my regular workouts and gym time but I will be adding in 2 mins of push ups and 2 mins of sit ups. I am going to keep a record of where I start and maybe a pic or two just to see if theirs any change just from this. If anyone would like to join me please do and post it here. I want to see how much I can improve in 17 days. I dont do sit ups or push ups on a daily routine so not even sure where I am going to start out at.

This is awesome!
I do push ups and abs every morning (not sure how many minutes I do) and I definitely notice a difference. It also gets my blood pumping and starts my day or 'right'.
Can't wait to read how it goes for you
