used up my protein.. vegan dinner suggestions?

    Ok so i went to the IIFYM Calculator page and that will take me from 1200 calories a day to 1685 .. it def increases my protein to 118 now. I know i have to eat more lifting weights but if i am trying to shred off this fat shouldnt i try to stick with the 1200 calories just use most of it as protein?
    It would help if we knew your age/height/weight/ and gender (female? heh)
