You're simply eating a deficit...

YOU STILL EAT FAST FOOD SOMETIMES???
GIRRRRLLL YOU SO NAAUUUGHTTY!!!0 -
Dearies, you can lose weight eating nothing but Dominoes and whatever you find in the vending machine. I've done it. But I also crashed and burned shortly thereafter. No telling what was stress, what was lack of sleep, and what was idiot nutrition. I'll never know. But I know better than to ever do it again. I hope.0

I only eat McDonald for 8 weeks. lost 43 pounds.. Going for 2 more Big Macs right now, but I think the fries or the shakes is what makes us lose so much weight. We should sell the diet0

Are you tired? Thirsty all the time? Exhausted all the time? vomiting occasionally?
If you have any of the above symptoms with your weight loss, please go to a doctor as soon as possible and ask them to check your blood sugar as you might be diabetic.
When I was 19 I went through a spell where I felt truly awful but could eat whatever I wanted and was still losing weight hand over fist. It turned out my pancreas had stopped working.
Type 1 diabetes is a wasting disease and if left untreated you can become seriously ill, fall into coma and die.
Please look after yourself.0 -
Another thread to tell him if he eats fewer calories than he burns that he will lose weight and to point out to him that 18 year old males have much higher caloric needs than older, shorter women.0

It could be that it just hasn't caught up to you yet. You said you just started eating that way again, exactly how long has it been(a day, couple days, week, couple weeks)? I went a period where I was eating McD every day for about a week and I still lost at the end of the week, however that next weigh in the following week I had gained a few pounds back. Thats why now I weigh every 2 weeks, and try to only eat McD once or twice a week. I make it fit within my calorie range, and usually eat clean the remainder of the day.0

I realise my own experience is anecdotal.
Having been seriously ill, I'd rather take people at face value and ensure they seek medical help than instantly dismiss them as a troll.0 -
It's the pickles. BCAAs in the pickles tend to react with fatty foods like fries (or really, anything fried, which includes pretty much all fast food) leading to increased levels of free lipoproteins. This is particularly true when eating in the early morning or late evening, when glucose levels are low relative to phosphokinase (CPK) counts.
This is why I always ask for extra pickles on my Egg McMuffin, or my late night McRib. This is also why it's absolutely vital to *avoid* pickles mid-day-- especially if you lift weights -- as the ferritin/sodium mixture common in fast food can throw off your LDH balance, causing you to actually *gain* weight.
But it sounds like you're doing everything right to me. Good luck!0 -

If you are not logging it into your diary to see if you are still in a calorie deficient then it hasn't caught up with you yet.Kepe it up0

Not sure if trolling, or srs.
Basically, if you eat in a caloric deficit (less calories than you're burning daily) , NO MATTER WHAT you eat, you will lose weight.
