Hello!
So, i have been on and off diets for the past 10 years, losing here and there and losing track and ending up back where i started. Usually i found that the restrictions ruined me every time - not being able to have something i really craved made me give in and then after i had ruined one day i let myself carry on down the track forever.
Now, after being in New Zealand for a year and loved up with a new bloke, i come back to the UK (Briefly) to find myself at my heaviest weight i have ever been and something in me just snapped, I have had enough of this. I realise the only way i can do this is by saying that nothing is banned, if i want a doughnut i will have it. I will count calories, but i intend to move more and eat whatever i feel like (just in a portion size i can have).
In this vein on the first day of my diet i had left over chinese takeaway, chips and beer - but with exercise i still come out of today with a calorie deficit - yay!
I have a long way to go and its going to take some bloody minded commitment. Would love some friends to keep me on the right path - please add me!
good luck everyone x

Hi you can add me as a friend. Like you, I had reached a point where I had enough and knew I needed to make a change. I have popped on and off of here a few times over the years, but I am in it for the long haul now. Good luck on your journey!0
