save your money waste of time, buy some gym equipment that has a purpose instead0 -

Using a HRM for those activities is only good if you want to track just heart rate, not calculate calories. The formulas used by any HRM for caloric estimation is not accurate for HIIT or yoga ... and only really good for walking if you speed walk at a near constant effort.0 -
