OH DEARY ME!

Just not doing very well tbh, I am a teaching assistant and have been off work for 6 weeks, maybe this is why! Or Maybe I am a complete and utter wastegirl! (instead of wasteman) Just had tooo many beers, haven't worked out today, I am never going to get the body I want! HUFF. Motivation tips anybody!!! This is POOPOO to the extreeeemmmeeeee!

    I think we can tend to think of this as a di-et when we should be thinking of this as a live-it. Slow and steady wins the race. You may not get the exact body you are thinking about but with making good food choices and staying within your calories and exercising you will look and feel improved. Thats the mindset I have now because the other ways I've thought have been counterintuitive.

    One thing I did notice is that when I was eating my calories with losing 2 lbs a week in mind, I was often hungry so I changed my goal to lose 1 lbs a week and that has been a vast improvement for me to be satisified with the amount of calories I eat. I am going to start an exercise plan but haven't gotten to that yes.
